GLOBALIZED STREET ART

NO MONEY, NO WAR, NO WEB
Italian artist Bruno Salvatore Latella (LBS) presents a triptych entitled "No Money, No War, No Web" in Los Angeles. This is an unprecedented project: for the first time in the world a single, specific work of street art has been presented simultaneously in multiple cities around the globe, thus ushering in the advent of the first form of Globalized Street Art.
The cities involved in this project are: Odessa (Ukraine), Budapest (Hungary), Rome, Milan (Italy), Barcelona (Spain), Berlin (Germany), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Cape Town (South Africa), Koszalin (Poland), London (UK), Los Angeles (USA).
“In a world of men and fake gods...
knowledge and art can save us!”

The project is a powerful denunciation against the increasing destruction of physical and ideological boundaries that characterize the modern world. The performance, meticulously coordinated to cope with the problem of different time zones, began from the East, in Ukraine, and ended in the United States. The artist's goal is both to create an anti-propaganda performance and to unite street artists from around the world who, by embracing the overall vision, enabled its realization.

The triptych represents three different types of contemporary entities not exclusively related to war: Xi Jinping, president of the People's Republic of China, emblem of the current monetary conflict between the West and the East that is leading with the Evergrande crisis to a probable future economic collapse of the world's banks and a possible war against Taiwan; Elon Musk, contemporary cryptic figure, great entrepreneur but at the same time architect of the fate of the Web, who, at present, holds control of the Starlink satellite Internet communication system in Ukraine and the social platform X; Vladimir Putin, president of the current former Soviet Union, tyrant architect of the destruction of the Ukrainian and Russian state, through propaganda aimed at the concept of "denazification" of Ukraine itself, paradoxically is simulating the historical exploits of the dictators of the early 1900s.

The artist's mission is to enable his and new generations to open their eyes, as the liquid passivity we are experiencing is subduing individuals and leading to the creation of new false Homo-Gods: Money, War and the Web. In an exquisitely metaphorical way, this performance united artists from around the world in an artivist struggle against these false gods.
